I Didn't Get Download Instructions!!
Step One:
WAIT! We send the instructions immediately but they may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. Wait for 15 minutes before worrying!
Step Two
SPAM. The instructions are sent automatically from our server. Some filters detect this as bulk mail spam. Check your SPAM folder. If you are able to enter email addresses that are always trusted you can enter john@pptalchemy.co.uk before you order.
We check our database regularly during UK working hours and if we spot a non download we will attempt to contact you manually.
Step Three
if none of this works try going to the download site HERE and click on the key. This will only work if you have a static IP address.
