There are a variety of artistic effects that can be applied to pictures in PowerPoint. Sadly you can only apply the effect to one picture at a time.
This free AdddIn can apply to multiple images.
It is also possible to hold down CTRL and apply the selected effect to ALL pictures on selected SLIDES. This is especially useful if you need to remove previously applied effects.
What it Doesn't Do
It will not show previews of the effect like the MSFT tool
Only works on a PC not a Mac / Android etc.
Requires at least PowerPoint 2016.
